What is MyWorkLife?
MyWorkLife is a Skills Passport and compliance assistant. Track qualifications, upload evidence, and get reminders before anything expires.
Is this for workers or companies?
Both. Workers use it to keep records tidy and share credentials. Companies can review shared links and later manage teams and compliance dashboards.
How do reminders work?
You choose email and/or SMS reminders (for example 60/30/14/7/1 days). A daily job checks what’s due and sends only once per rule to avoid duplicates.
Do I have to upload evidence?
No — you can add items as self-declared. Uploading evidence makes sharing faster and supports future verification.
Can employers see my whole account?
No. You create share links that grant access to specific information (CV, qualifications, or documents) for a limited time. You can revoke links anytime.
Is my data secure?
We apply secure authentication, token hashing, and signed upload/download links. For the vault, sensitive metadata is encrypted at the application level.
Can I export my data?
Data export is planned. For now, you can view everything in-app and share using controlled links.
