Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using MyWorkLife. They’re written to be readable; if anything is unclear, please contact support.

1. Using the service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and files you upload. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to provide MyWorkLife features (Skills Passport, reminders, CV views, sharing, and audit logs).

3. Share links

When you create a share link, you control what it reveals and for how long. Links can be revoked. Access attempts may be logged for security and auditability.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
  • Don’t attempt to probe, attack, or abuse the platform (including share link brute forcing).
  • Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime, but the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may change features over time, including adding or retiring modules.

6. Liability

MyWorkLife helps you track compliance but does not replace your legal obligations or employer requirements. You should always verify your credentials meet the specific site or role requirements.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or security issues.
